At Pollen4hire our aim is to make everything as straightforward as possible for our customers, we know when it comes to planning a very special event you don’t need an overly complicated booking process.
We have a transparent chair cover pricing policy and the lowest prices are always available for larger numbers, chair covers booked with centrepieces/candelabras, weekday bookings and bookings from November to March (excluding Christmas and New Year).
All our chair covers are made of a thicker, superior quality poly-cotton fabric and are laundered after every hire in our own onsite professional laundry. Our competitive prices don’t mean we compromise on quality.

Depending on your venue/chair style choose either Option 1 or 2 on your online quote request form – (if the chair covers are included in your hotel package then choose Option 3 for sash fitting only)
A complete quote will be emailed with straightforward information about making a booking
A deposit (shown on the quote) will reserve the chair covers for you
A free sash sample can be sent with confirmation of you booking or alternatively prior to booking we can email you the password to our unique downloadable sash picture gallery

At Pollen4hire we have made to measure chair covers that fit venue chairs that have arms, so if your chairs look like this, we have covers to fit – Choose Option 2
Sash hire and fitting service
If your venue have included chair covers in your total package [for example at Buxted Park Hotel – The Wordsworth Package], we can supply and fit an extensive range of sashes very competitively priced – Choose Option 3
